Rebecca Turner Gonzales, Austin, Texas

Rebecca Turner Gonzales has a background in development and financial services. Most recently, she was the Director of Development for the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) where she led private sector development efforts to support NEA events such as the Poetry Pavilion at the National Book Festival and other major initiatives. Prior to her appointment to the NEA, Gonzales worked for the Texas Office of the Comptroller, the Texas Attorney General’s Sexual Assault Division and for Bank One, Texas. She attended the University of Houston, and focuses her volunteer time with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and makes victim’s services a priority.
